Do I keep my business’s phone number?
Yes. On a paid plan you forward your existing business line to Greeta, so clients keep calling the number they already know. The free demo uses test calls only — no live number.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
Plans renew monthly, or yearly if you choose annual billing (15% off), until you cancel. You can cancel or change plans in the dashboard. Unused days or minutes in the current period aren’t refunded — see the Business Terms.
